Winnie Taggart is highly-motivated, and passionate about her community and education. Mrs. Taggart is multi-talented with 5+ years of experience in International business, teaching, and advising. “My greatest skill is my ability to communicate within diverse groups. Having a global perspective, I hold an excellent reputation for resolving problems, improving customer satisfaction, and driving overall operational success.”
With a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish and a minor in Political Science, Winnie is a proud alumna of the very first Historically Black College University, The Lincoln University of Pennsylvania. Winnie received her Masters of Arts in Risk Management in January 2018 from Durham University, which is ranked at the top 3rd university in the United Kingdom and Top 100 worldwide. While exemplifying outstanding and dynamic leadership capabilities throughout her college experience, she proactively served as the Student Government Association President at The Lincoln University for two successful consecutive terms.
Because of her holistic approach to community engagement and outreach, Winnie was the first student President to achieve the “Oxford City Key” award from Mayor Geoffrey L. Henry of Oxford, Pennsylvania.
In 2015, after relocating to Shanghai, China, Winnie made it a personal goal to be globally marketable in order to better serve her community. Since then, she has travelled to 5 of the 7 continents and over 27 countries. She speaks Spanish fluently, conversational in Mandarin Chinese, and is currently studying American Sign Language.
